About the Project

Four AI products. One clear story.

Extensya, a leading customer experience company in the Middle East, was launching Jeem — a suite of four AI-powered products. They needed a product website that could communicate the value of four distinct but connected tools, drive demo requests, and work flawlessly in both English and Arabic.

The challenge wasn't just design — it was narrative architecture: how to present four complex AI products without overwhelming visitors while making each product's value crystal clear.

The four products

Jeem Desk

Unified omnichannel support dashboard with AI suggestions and smart routing.

Jeem Bot

Conversational AI with multi-language support and seamless agent handoff.

Jeem Ticket

Advanced ticketing with auto-categorization, SLA management, and custom workflows.

Jeem Sentiment

Real-time emotion and sentiment analysis across customer touchpoints.

Our Approach

Content-led design. Words before wireframes.

We started with words, not pixels. Before a single screen was designed, we mapped the narrative flow — how each product connects to the next, what a visitor needs to understand at each scroll point, and where conversion moments naturally live.

1. Unified product architecture

Instead of separate pages per product, we designed a single-page flow introducing Jeem as an ecosystem. Each product section follows the same pattern: problem statement → capability → proof, so understanding builds progressively.

2. Bilingual from the first line of code

Arabic wasn't an afterthought. The layout system, component spacing, and typography scale were designed to work natively in both directions. Arabic headlines weren't translated — they were rewritten to carry the same weight and rhythm.

3. Conversion-focused without being pushy

Every section ends with a contextual CTA matched to the specific problem each product solves, instead of one generic "Book a Demo."
